By scheduling an appointment with Skin Huis, patients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or on the same day of the appointment may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Certain specialty services—including Huis Method consultations, appointments, and extended appointments with Amanda TenBrick and Dr. Kami Palmer—may require at least 48 hours’ notice and/or a non-refundable deposit. If canceled within 48 hours of the appointment, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.

Patients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments may result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled treatment or service cost.
Patients with repeated late cancellations or no-show appointments may have future scheduling limited or restricted at the discretion of Skin Huis.
Skin Huis reserves the right to decline future scheduling after multiple missed appointments or repeated policy violations.

Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment depending on provider availability.
Late arrivals that require rescheduling may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to applicable fees.

We understand emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at management discretion for illness, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances.
